◼Prohibited Conduct at the Event
-
Failure to follow staff instructions inside or around the venue.
For safety reasons, security checks and bag inspections may be conducted. Anyone who does not comply with staff instructions will be asked to leave the venue and tickets will not be refunded. - Overnight queuing or early-morning lining up.
Please refrain from queuing overnight or from the early morning, as it may disturb nearby residents. - Distribution of flyers or promotional materials, sales, collections, solicitations, fundraising, or gathering of signatures inside or around the venue without prior approval from the organizers.
- Any actions that may harm or endanger other attendees or the general public.
- Possession of hazardous items
Including glass bottles, cans, fireworks, explosives, or any items considered dangerous by the staff. - Use of items that may disrupt the performances, including large or illuminated signs, flags, banners, or noise-making objects that may inconvenience the other attendees inside or around the venue, regardless of their size.
- Reselling tickets or transferring ticketing rights to a thirtd party.
- Any other behavior that the organizers, staff, or the venue deem a threat to the safe and smooth operation of the event.
Please note: Failure to comply with the above rules may result in strict penalties, including a ban from all future events organized or affiliated with VSPO! or Brave group. No ticket refunds will be issued in such cases.
◼Gifts
- Floral stands, bouquets, letters, or gifts for performers will not be accepted.
◼Photography & Video Recording
- Photography, video, and audio recording are generally permitted inside the venue, except in restricted areas such as the stage or specific booths.
- If you are found recording in prohibited areas, you may be asked to delete the data. Depending on the situation, your equipment may be confiscated, or you may be asked to leave the venue.
- Please respect all posted signage and follow staff instructions.
◼Disease Prevention
- Please check your body temperature before arriving. Do not attend if your temperature is above 37.5°C (99.5°F).
- If you feel unwell after while at the venue, notify a staff member immediately.

◼Etiquette at the Venue
- Please refrain from gathering or making noise around the venue, as it may disturb local residents and nearby commerces.
- Do not leave trash behind. Kindly take your garbage with you and dispose of it properly.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the venue. Please use the designated smoking areas.
- Alcohol is not allowed inside the venue. Additionally, entry will be denied to anyone who is intoxicated.
- Pets are not allowed inside the venue. (Guide dogs and assistance dogs are permitted)
- If you use a wheelchair, or are accompanied by a guide or assistance dog, please contact event management in advance.
- There will be no cloakroom service at the venue. Please take care of your own valuables and personal belongings.
- There are no changing rooms at the venue. Please do not use nearby public facilities to change clothes.
◼Safety & Security
- The venue is expected to be crowded. Please avoid running, pushing, or engaging in any behavior that may cause injury.
- If the venue becomes too crowded, entry restrictions may be implemented. We appreciate your understanding.
- If you notice any suspicious items or individuals, immediately inform a nearby staff member or security personnel.
- The organizers are not responsible for any disputes between attendees or for theft, loss, or damage to personal belongings.
- In the event of an accident or damage caused by the intentional or negligent actions of yourself or others, the organizers will not be held liable, within the bounds of applicable law.
◼Transportation & Access
- There is no public parking space for cars or bicycles available at the venue. We recommend using public transportation to attend the event.
◼About the Events
- Opening and performance times are subject to change.
- Events may be cancelled, postponed, or altered due to weather, performer availability, or other unforeseen circumstances. Travel and accommodation expenses will not be reimbursed in such cases.
- The schedule and content of events may also change in response to government directives or force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters).
- Official photos and video footage will be taken during the event and may be used for promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to the possibility of appearing in this content.

◼ID & Bag Checks
- You may be asked to verify your identity at the entrance. Please make sure to bring a valid ID document with a photo.
(Accepted documents include: Japanese driver’s license, passport, My Number card, disability certificate, or student ID with a photo. If you do not have any of the above photo IDs, please bring at least two official documents such as a health insurance card to verify your identity.) - Bag inspections may be conducted at the entrance. We appreciate your cooperation.
- Entry under the influence of alcohol is strictly prohibited. If the staff determines that you appear intoxicated, you may be denied entry or asked to leave the venue.
◼Entry Etiquette
- When entering the venue, please follow staff instructions, keep a safe distance, and move slowly without running.
- Cutting into a queue or inviting others to join you in line is strictly prohibited.
◼Use of Personal Cheering Goods
- When using cheering items, please be considerate of those around you and prioritize safety. If a staff determines that an item is unsafe or disruptive, you may be asked to stop using it immediately.
(Example of personal goods: penlights, light sticks, cheering fans, message boards, and officially sold merchandises) - Non-official penlights and light sticks are allowed, however, please refrain from using items that have been modified to emit excessively bright light, as they may cause inconvenience to others.
- You may be asked to verify your identity at the entrance. Please make sure to bring a valid ID document with a photo.
Please be sure to follow all instructions given by the staff at any time, both inside and outside the venue.
