Tickets General Information

• Residents of Japan will receive e-tickets, overseas attendees will receive printed tickets.
• One ticket will is required per attendee.
• You may apply once per person per performance.
• For Backstage Talk, you may apply for one ticket, with up to three (3) preferences.
• For Prologue, Gaming Session, Live and 1-Day Pass (SS / S / A Seats), you may apply for up to four (4) tickets, with up to three (3) preferences.
• For each Pre-Lottery, you may apply for both a 1-Day Pass and individual events (Gaming Session / Live) tickets for the same day, however, you may only win one of these.
  e.g.: Win only the 1-Day Pass / Win tickets for multiple events / Win only the Gaming Session ticket.
• The 1-Day Pass grants access to both the Gaming Session and the Live.
• Even if you have already won tickets in an earlier lottery, you may still apply for a different ticket type for the same day in subsequent rounds. Please note that there is a possibility of winning multiple tickets for the same performance.
• In the event you are unable to attend due to personal circumstances, please use the official ticket Resales system.
• When applying for multiple tickets, adjacent seating is not guaranteed, depending on availability. Thank you for your understanding.
• Additional fees may apply on top of the ticket price. Please check the details at the time of application.

VSPO! Fanclub Pre-Lottery

• Both the applicant and their accompanying guest must be active VSPO! Fanclub members at the time of application.
• You will be required to enter your Fanclub Membership ID during the application process.

Accompanying Guest Guidelines

• Tickets will feature the names of both the applicant and their accompanying guest as registered at the time of application.
• Changes to the applicant or the guest names cannot be made after the application period has ended.
• Please make sure to apply using the name of the actual attendee.
• Tickets transfers are not allowed except through the official Resales system.
  * For tickets purchased on or after Saturday, November 8, 2025, you may be required to register your accompanying guest at the time of the ticket issuance.

Ticket Handling Policy

• Unauthorized ticket resale is strictly prohibited. Tickets obtained through unauthorized transactions will be voided, and those in possession of such tickets will be denied entry to the event.
• Except in cases where a performance is postponed or canceled, no refunds will be provided for changes in performers. Refunds or exchanges due to personal reasons will not be accepted. Thank you for your understanding.
• Tickets cannot be reissued under any circumstances, including theft, loss, or damage.

Venue Entry Guidelines

• Preschool children cannot enter the venue alone. One preschool child may sit on the lap of a parent or guardian (one child per adult). If a separate seat is required, an individual ticket must be purchased.
  Please note that lap seating may obstruct the child's view of the stage.
• Only those who registered at the time of application may enter the venue. Changes to the applicant or the accompanying guest are not allowed.

E-Tickets

Tickets for this event will be issued via the ローチケ電子チケット (Lawson Ticket) smartphone app.
* Note: The Lawson Ticket app is only available for residents of Japan.

At the time of application, you will be required to register your accompanying guest’s information. Tickets can only be issued to the guest registered during the application process.
Changes to guest information cannot be made after the lottery results are announced and the ticket has been purchased.
Both the applicant’s and the guest’s tickets will be issued to the applicant’s account. The applicant must send the ticket to their guest using the sharing feature in the app. Guests must have their own ticket displayed in the app to be admitted to the event.
* Accompanying guests must bring their own smartphone with the app installed and have their ticket ready.
